Dr. Bartlett is a licensed clinical psychologist and the owner of Center for Trauma, Anxiety, and Stress Inc. (CTAS). Dr. Bartlett has specific expertise in trauma-, anxiety-, and stressor-related disorders and symptoms and has trained at some of the nation’s most renowned institutions for PTSD and anxiety. She is also one of few psychologists in the country with extensive clinical and research experience working directly with first responders and military personnel. During her combined 10+ years of specialized pre- and postdoctoral training, Dr. Bartlett was an embedded clinician in one of the largest public safety agencies in the country where she provided therapy, on-call critical incident response, and assisted in the development of a department-wide mental wellness and research program. She also completed rotations at three top tier VA hospitals in the country conducting research and providing inpatient and outpatient therapy to veterans from all branches of the military who served in eras dating back to the Vietnam War.

Dr. Bartlett is often asked why she chose to pursue a career as a psychologist, and her best answer is this: She truly believes she was born to do this work. Her captivation with stories of resiliency displayed by people who have endured hardship and trauma dates back to childhood, and was a catalyst to her decades long pursuit to become a trauma specialist. Dr. Bartlett is fiercely passionate about equipping individuals with the information and tools needed to persist in the face of adversity, and she opened CTAS with the mission of proactively and meaningfully improving mental wellness by providing a range of culturally competent, effective, and scientifically-back services. She is continuously humbled and inspired by the strength and resiliency of those she works with and uses this inspiration as her daily motivation to provide the highest quality of service to all her clients.
