Effective treatment with a provider who gets it.

She provides individual and couple therapy to those looking for help navigating a myriad of concerns. Dr. Bartlett is particularly specialized in serving first responders and military members, their loved ones, and civilians in high stress professions (e.g., healthcare workers; lawyers; mental health providers; consultants). She is available to provide easily-accessible teletherapy to anyone in California, Idaho, and Florida.

Dr. Bartlett uses evidence-based treatments and techniques backed by science to help her clients achieve their goals, regain control of their lives, re-align with their values, and improve their quality of life. She believes that a strong therapeutic relationship is foundational to success, which is why she prioritizes establishing trust and safety with each of her clients. She approaches therapy collaboratively, meaning that she will work with you towards your goals as a team. Her ultimate goal is to provide you with agency so that you no longer need her services.

Everyone’s needs are unique, so the therapy process looks different for each individual. Typically, the first couple of sessions involve gathering more information about you, including your background, your concerns, and your treatment goals. Dr. Bartlett and you will then collaboratively determine a treatment plan that best fits your needs. The frequency of therapy sessions depends on the individual’s needs and bandwidth, with sessions typically being scheduled weekly or bi-weekly at the start of treatment. Therapy may also include brief “homework” and practice outside of sessions. Of note: all therapy is currently being conducted virtually via a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.
If you are interested in learning more about what therapy might look like for you, you can schedule a free 15-minute consultation call. This is a no-pressure opportunity for you and Dr. Bartlett to briefly get to know one another and to see if she might be able to provide you with what you are looking for. Just as important, it’s an opportunity for you to get to know her and see if she is the right fit for you prior to scheduling a session.
